McBride legs it
I'm told that Paul McBride QC has pulled out of the debate tonight. He must have heard that I was his opponent and thought discretion was the better part of valour! I'm informed that his replacement is a Young Yapster.

I watched Paul McBride QC run onto the number 22 bus, it went north bound to Leith instead of going towards Waverly (the intended destination for the QC)
Anyway reports from people on the bus said the poor guy was hyperventilating when he saw the "Welcome to Leith sign"
What was it in Leith that caused the poor guy to hyperventilate ? Was it the same phenomenon that was waiting for him in the debating hall ?
