Ah, Vince Cable, sage of the Liberal Democrats, hailed by his party as clairvoyant and by his centre parting as forging through, made a claim at Lib Dem conference about government in two years' time. According to the seer of Twickenham, the Conservatives will be in Government in Westminster in September 2011, and the SNP will be in power in Scotland in September 2011.
If you look carefully you'll see where I've twisted that just a tiny bit. It was compounded later when Lib Dem 'sources' told the Scotsman that they believed that the SNP could be in a majority after the 2011 election.
